Paul Mentele

Dynamic Labs owner & founder Paul Mentele is an experienced professional in sports science, human performance, and epidemiology with a diverse background spanning academic research and applied practice.

He began his career as a Strength and Conditioning Assistant at North Carolina State University before advancing to a role as a Sports Science Intern at Texas A&M University. From there, Paul served as an Assistant Human Performance Coach at Carroll University, where he contributed to athlete training and development programs.

Paul pursued advanced research as a PhD Research Assistant at the University of Utah, where he specialized in sports science and performance analytics. During this time, he also worked as a Data Analyst for US Speedskating, providing data-driven insights to enhance athlete performance.

Currently, Paul applies his analytical and scientific expertise as an Applied Epidemiologist with UofL Health, where he focuses on athlete health and data analysis to improve patient outcomes.

Paul’s career reflects a dedication to leveraging data and science to optimize human performance and health outcomes in diverse settings.
